Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions ("Terms," or "TC") governs our relationship with users and others who interact with Panjaangam. By using or accessing the Panjaangam Services, you agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time.

1. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use Panjaangam to share with others and how we collect and use your content. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy to help you make informed decisions.

2. Sharing Your Content and Information

You own all of the content and information you post on Panjaangam. In addition:

1. For intellectual property rights (IP content), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on Panjaangam.
2. When you delete IP content, it is deleted similarly to emptying a recycle bin. Content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period.
3. We appreciate your feedback but may use it without obligation to compensate you.

3. Safety

We do our best to keep Panjaangam safe. We need your help to keep it that way, which includes the following commitments:

• You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (spam).
• You will not collect users' content using automated means (bots/scrapers).
• You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
• You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you can do so through the following methods:

• In-App Deletion: Go to the "Profile" screen within the app and select the "Delete My Account" option. This will permanently remove your account and log you out of all devices instantly.
• Manual Request: If you are unable to access the app, you may email a deletion request to panjaangam2025@gmail.com. We will process your request and purge your data within 7 business days.

Upon deletion, all identifying records in our system (including your name, email, and device identifiers) will be permanently erased. Please note that subscription transaction history may be retained for as long as required by financial regulations and tax laws.

5. Payment Terms

1. Payment once made will not be refunded for any reasons.
2. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
3. All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
4. Content purchase is attached to the e-mail ID or Mobile Number used at the time of Sign-up.
5. Data Subscription for use on ONLY ONE DEVICE.
6. Certain features requires an online connection at the time of use.

6. Disputes

You will resolve any claim or dispute exclusively in the District court located in Chidambaram. The laws of the State of Tamilnadu will govern these terms.
